Property is nice, management is the worst
I'll start by saying that this is a really nice complex. It was built well (has great insulation), has huge windows, and the amenities are amazing. We had regular and well-maintained access to a gym and yoga room, pool and hot tub, rooftop with a mountain view, huge balcony, great maintenance staff, bike storage, dog-washing station, common spaces and study spaces, and reserved parking available. The location is also great: walking distance to lots of restaurants and breweries, with the commute to Boulder only a half hour or so. It was not a bad place to physically live at all.
However, the management was absolutely awful from the instant we moved in, throughout, and even continues today after we've moved out. There is literally too much that went wrong for me to even put in this review. From the floor plan we thought we had to the renter's insurance they input wrong in their system (and charged us for it at least 3 times) to the gift card we were supposed to get upon lease signing to parking spots we thought we reserved with them to our security deposit which they are now auditing. There have been so many issues that we've had to constantly follow up on and remind the staff about. It was an exhausting and frustrating experience that makes me feel like they don't much care about their residents.
