Doesn't live up to expectations
I really wanted to love the apartment complex and for the most part I do. I've had no problems with my space so far. The issue is that the complex is still under construction, so any new units may or may not be available to move in in the spring or fall of next year. We also don't have any amenities right now, but the gym they advertised to me was a huge selling point. Management is now getting better at responding, but it still takes like 3 days for them to respond instead of the 5-7 it used to take. I expected a lot from this complex when I signed my lease, but I didn't get it. I decided to resign my lease out of convenience. It would be too much for me to move everything out of my place and also change my address again after I've already done so once.
