Reliable, Nice Apartments, Pricey but Worth It
Although I pay more than I would like, the rent amount is determined based on fair market value. This complex is filled with students as well as families and has apartments and townhomes. It is relatively quiet with the exception of college student parties at the pool, usually only on warm weekends during the school year. The management team is very helpful and responsive. The apartments are new and very clean and spacious, and parking is easy and not limited to certain spots or a certain number of parkers.
