Merrick Manor

Love my building, love the amenities, love how close to school it is. It is a more family type of building and older crowd with scattered college and grad students so it’s more strict in terms of front desk, having people come up only once you’ve been called type of thing. Still great to have people over and there’s occasional larger groups, but nothing crazy. Great amenities for studying. Very safe. Walkable to merrick park shops and Trader Joe’s.
