Highly recommend!
Really great area! Next to HEB and lots of restaurants and bars. Pretty safe, too! I've never had a safety issue. It is also generally pretty quiet. Walls are not paper thin!
Only con is that it is a little far from UH with traffic, but it is an easy drive.
