Nice place near campus but getting very expensive

I really enjoy living at the Northtowne Apts, but they keep raising the rent and it's getting too expensive. The apartment was also infested with ants and they closed the pool and spa. It seems that they should not raise the rent with these issues, but they do it anyway. I will have to move soon because I don't make enough at UNR to pay this rent.
