Hutton Farms
Overpriced but the best place to live in Lawrence from what I have seen. Good if you want to get out of the undergraduate population.

Quiet area, great for couples
Our properties have both townhomes and duplex options. I live in the duplex option with a 2-car garage and personal driveway. The maintenance here is great, we've always received timely responses to our concerns, and the maintenance people are great at any task we've asked help with. We also have two cats, so a pet-friendly place was important. Hutton Farms is in a quiet location near I-70, great access to 6th Street and Iowa to traverse Lawrence quickly. Rent is high for one person but splitting rents with a partner or roommate makes it comparable to other Lawrence options.

These Townhomes are Great!
These apartments and townhomes are great for anyone looking for a nice pet-friendly place and spacious place to live! There are walking paths through the whole complex, and it's a quiet area. Great for families or couples. It is only 10 minutes away from campus, and it's an accessible route.
