Pinnacle Woods Apartments Review
-This location is safer than most complexes based on a simple Lawrence crime report investigation of the last 3 years.
-Somewhat expensive, but you get what you expect for the price.
-Units are well taken care of.
-Very close to Genesis gym. This gym is nice to go to considering its location to the complex, but membership is $50/mo, and the KU rec. center is far nicer.
-You will not be able to live here without a car. There is no public transportation that will take you here.
-This is far from campus, and not really close to anything else (grocery stores, restaurants, downtown Lawrence, etc.)
-The other residents are quiet and considerate, but the walls are thin and you can hear residents living in the adjacent units and above/below.
-They offer short term lease (as short as 3 months), and can lease month-to- month (at a premium).
I mostly chose to live here based on these positives:
-It is safe.
-Other residents are quiet and it is in a quiet area.
-A good gym is very easy to go to.
-I could lease a place for a single semester.
-There is very easy access to the highway.
-Online reviews were positive (I think reviews do match the value of the complex).

Quiet and hospitable
Quiet and hospitable. Good management and kind neighbors.

Pinnacle woods
Beautiful area, far west Lawrence. Takes me about 15 minutes to drive to KU campus. Highly recommend. It's very quiet and peaceful, surrounded by trees and close to Clinton park (bike trails etc.).

Great starter apartment
A great starter apartment if you are on your own. A little on the older side, but I’ve had no troubles living there. Easy to get to and off from the highway.

Its fine, but not sure if its worth the cost
The apartment and complex themselves are fine. However, it is not cheap to live here and I keep asking myself if living here is worth the price.
