Montclair Court

Living a 10 minute walk to the law school has been so perfect for 1L year. The apartment has a great layout and plenty of space for two people. There's only one assigned parking spot, but there are guest permit spots and street parking. Our landlord has a history of bullying tenants into paying for large property repairs they should not be responsible for (ex: new furnace, flood damage caused by regular wear-and-tear of old toilet). Landlords and property managers in Boulder can be extremely difficult to deal with. Overall, the location of Montclair is amazing, but ask the current tenants what they truly think about the landlord if you're able.

Great location for law school.

This location is great. It is an 8 min walk from the law school. The apartment has everything I need. Only issues are parking is a little tight but doable, and we have had some issues with our landlord being difficult, as the units are privately owned. I have heard about other landlords in the complex being great, so I just recommend interacting with them a bit before committing!

My roommate and I have the best balcony view Aurora Ave has to offer. Our place is owned by a couple in Boulder so we don't have to deal with the hassle of a large property company. Can get loud at nighttime and on weekends, but, overall is a great place to call home!

Great top-floor condo

Parking is a nightmare - not enough spots for the people who have permits and live there. Street parking is available but fills up completely on weekdays because students park there since it is close to campus. Distance to campus is great, bout a 12 minute walk to the law school.

Street noise is a bit loud, but excellent views of the Flatirons and excellent proximity to campus and the law building in particular.
