You get what you pay for. I have 2 roommates so I’m paying ~$630 a month. Pretty cheap, good location(walking distance to campus and Mass street) but there are some issues such as damage, dirt and bugs. Not the worst though.

Management
The apartment is affordable, and it is really close to South Park, so even if you don't own a car at the beginning, you can go there; it is a beautiful park indeed.
However, the management of the apartment does not take care of cleaning in the surrounding area even though we complain about it, saying it's your duty to clean, even outside of your apartment, so no one cleans it, and it is not clean outside.

Works for what it is
There are some issues, but given the price, it works for me. Appliances are old, and there is no washer and dryer, but it is affordable and walkable to campus and downtown.
