Pretty nice
Eagle Pointe, has acquired many apartment complexes near its original location, which is where the main office is located at 8608 Eagle Pointe Drive Knoxville, TN 37931. They did not inform me that I could be in an apartment that was not within walking distance of the clubhouse. I'm currently in an apartment about 5 minutes by car from the clubhouse. The apartment is exactly like the model that was shown. The staff is welcoming and responsive! The gym is nice! The apartments I live in are quiet, and there isn't much noise, BUT since locations for Eagle Point apartments vary, your experience could differ.
