Great for what you’re paying!

For the price, you really can’t find much better of an option. The Reserve is moderately new, so all of the amenities and the units are updated and modern. The community is mostly young families and professionals, so there is hardly ever any disturbing noise. Melissa, the property manager, takes who lives in the units very seriously. If there’s ever been an issue, she’s been quick to make it right. Maintenance is quick to respond to requests and takes every concern, no matter how trivial, seriously. The only downside to parking is that it’s an open lot, so you have to make sure to lock your car and remove valuables from view. Other than that, I have no complaints.

Raintree

Service staff is very helpful. Apartments are a bit outdated and in need of some maintenance.

Standard apartment between Farragut and West Knox.

I have no complaints about living at The Reserve. I found the complex by happenstance and was able to sign later in the spring to lock in a cheaper rent. The residents are a mixed demographic— many young professionals, families, retirees, and students. Everyone thus far has been very mindful of others. I live in the newer buildings which are tucked away, so it is very quiet and safe. Melissa, the manager of the property, is incredibly kind and flexible with any issues that do arise. Pete, the maintenance man, responded to my maintenance request within 15 minutes of submission and had the issue resolved the next day. Valet trash is included in rent. Parking is surface parking and is a one time $30/resident fee. The pool and gym are nice and well-kept.
The one downside is that traffic getting to and from campus can be cumbersome. Living this far from campus may lead to spending additional money on a campus parking pass. However, the proximity to the mall, grocery stores, gyms, etc. is a perk! 2bed/2bath rent in its entirety is comparable to a studio unit in student living complexes, so the distance is a tradeoff for the space.
