Fun but calm magazine st apartment

I love this apartment. I like the amenities- parking lot, small gym room, roof patio. It’s also right on magazine street, walking distance to many coffee shops, restaurants, brunch spots. The apartment is keyless, using an app/ number code to enter the lobby and apartment which is convenient especially for someone who’s forgetful and often loses keys. It’s pretty bright, quiet neighbors, most of them professional school students or professionals. Thermostat works well, rooms have nice ceiling fans. There’s a lot of space but not that much storage space or shelves especially in the kitchen, so my roommate and I have been having to look for storage furniture. We have a kitchen island counter, great for working from home and cooking.
