Good complex a short drive from SMU

My base rent is $1050/month for a 750-ish sq. ft. 1BR/1B. The complex amenities are pretty standard (pool, fitness room, etc.) and I love my actual apartment - granite countertops, new appliances, vaulted ceilings smart security system with door/window alarms. It's really conveniently located, about a 15-20 minute drive from campus, 20-30 minutes to downtown, with a ton of grocery stores, restaurants, etc. nearby, and is literally across the street from the LBJ/Skillman DART station.

Highly recommend

I’m a 15-minute drive from SMU. The complex is well-maintained and pretty quiet, and our unit is spacious and recently updated. We’ve had some minor maintenance issues but they’ve always been addressed and handled very quickly. We’re also literally right next to a DART station. The pool, gym, and office area are currently being renovated so there’s sometimes a little construction noise.
