Safe and Clean
My apartment complex is extremely clean and safe. I am extremely impressed with how seriously the landlords take safety. There are about 98 cameras throughout the complex, and I have never feared going to my car or entering my building late at night. One downside is that the location is near all of the fraternity houses and, occasionally, is very loud. But it is not terrible, and the short walk to campus makes up for it.
!! There is not in-unit washer/dryer. The building has several, but it costs $1.50 to wash and $1.00 to dry !!
