Very good
The apartment is very spacious. Each of the three rooms have lots of closet space and each room is fairly large for what we pay. We have a nice deck and our kitchen has all new appliances (the kitchens in our building were renovated in 2020). We are near the BU campus, about a 5 minute walk to the green line Harvard Avenue stop so my daily commute is about 40 minutes each way to get to school. Our apartment is also right next to 90 so it is very easy to get anywhere in Boston in a 20 minute drive. Our main problem is the heating. The porch doors are quite drafty and the radiators do not always work especially as the seasons are changing. We have 2 washers and 2 dryers in the building, the main problem with that is these are used by people in all 30 something units so they are not always available. The area has many good Korean restaurants around it as well.
