Very close to school, fairly safe, but noisy from the road and the hallway outside.

Move in was very hectic but nonetheless it's a very spacious apartment close to campus.

A few maintenance things around the apartment unit that don’t justify the $750 for a 1/1

Good for price, but not great leasing office
This is my second year living in this apartment complex. My first year, there were no issues. However, since moving to a different unit in the same complex, I have had a lot of issues with the leasing office (payments, maintenance issues, etc).

Great location and decent apartment - just hope that you never need maintenance
The apartments are nice because they come with appliances, even a washer and dryer in every unit. There is normally plenty of parking. Great location - just across street from campus. They even have security which is great. The only issues I have had is with maintenance, some times taking days or weeks to get something taken care of. It is a process for sure. If you live there you just need to stay on top of repairs. Remember the squeaky wheel is the one that gets the attention. There are great amenities like a pool, hot tub, and even a dog park. Great insulation as well. I don't have to run my AC or heater that much. I have had them off weeks at a time.
