Quiet and excellent service
My experience with Villa West has spanned my entire time while at law school; so when I say I have experience, I mean 3 years of it. In my time there, it's been an easy go at it. Villa west management has been easy going, very responsive, and any. request for maintenance has been generally ASAP. They are very welcoming, hold a quiet area that was easy for studying, especially when COVID hit and all of our classes were held online. Never had an interruption, and easy access to Wannamaker and 29th. Prime position to get on the highway, as well as to any grocery stores around. I'd highly recommend this quiet area. I've not had a pet, but i see many around. Minor issue early on with a leaking window when a storm came by.

Not Bad
I have lived in many apartments in Topeka and this has been the most cost-effective while still being reasonably safe and conveniently located. I have had issues with bugs, despite my efforts to spray inside and outside the apartment. The management are generally nice and responsive, although when my A/C unit stopped working during Spring finals (when it was hot outside), they took over a week to come and fix it. The complex is in the nicer part of Topeka, and is generally safe.

My first year at Villa West was great. After that, it went down hill.
