Decent
These apartments are fairly safe when compared to others in Topeka, but the price is pretty high. Having roommates helps with this cost and makes the rental worth it.

great location and security
the apartment was ready on time and the night security keeps the property safe. lots of students and pretty cheap compared to other cities. It is pricey for topeka but worth the extra cash to be so close to campus.

Overall good
When I first arrived, my apartment was unclean and had damage. However, after cleaning it myself it has been a decent experience afterward. The proximity to campus is unbeatable. The management at College Hill though is not very responsive to bigger things. Smaller things are taken care of very quickly, but carpet damage has not yet been addressed for me.

Fine but Could be Better
I have had an average experience. Nothing they have done has gone above my expectations and nothing has fallen incredibly short. They’re priced reasonably and get to maintenance requests when necessary. The staff is nice but not great. My biggest complaint would be parking availability being very limited for my building.

Great location - convenient
The apartment is very conveniently located to Washburn University. The only issue I had was them taking to long to fix things. 5 months for my dishwasher. I was without a washing machine for 2 months. They tend to trade out appliance with other old refurbished ones. But there is great amenities and it is pet friendly with even a dog park.
