Cheap and solid, but dirty.

The close location to Washburn is ideal, and the cheap rent is ideal, but it comes with a cost. The overall complex is rather dirty and poorly maintained. The lot next door is a trash dump, there are squirrels in the attic, and it seems that once a year the halls are swept.
