Raintree

The neighborhood in which these apartments are located is less bad/more safe than other areas with lots of apartments. It's very close to a park with lots of biking/walking trails, if you enjoy that.

Raintree offers a discount for Washburn students, 10% off the base rent which is nice. I've never had a problem with management. They're very nice people, and not at all intrusive. Maintenance will fix issues very well, but it can take them quite some time to get to it.

Overall, a good experience. Value for price is good.

Raintree Review

The apartments aren't too bad considering the lower rent. The location is fairly convenient and there isn't too much trouble that goes on there. Really good if your a pet owner. Management can be hard to get ahold of, but they're no worse than most apartment property managers. The main issue is the age of the buildings. It has all of the problems you'd think of with the complex's age. Again but not the worst, but not the best.
