You get what you pay for (sort of)
Steve considers this house one of the law school's "low rent" options. The market is ridiculous so it's not actually all that low ($735/person/month this year, going up substantially next year) especially considering its a 5 bedroom side of a house. Quality is not great. House is very old, heat sucks, kitchen appliances are old, house is generally falling apart. But the location is pretty solid, right by the school/White park. I will say that when there is a fixable issue, Steve is very responsive to maintenance requests.
