La Maison Apartments

Pros:
- Property is super well kept
- Maintenance staff responds super quickly to requests
- Very quiet neighborhood and building.
- Pet-friendly units (only some units allow dogs though)
- Renovated option vs. less expensive option.
- Super friendly and accommodating staff.
- Trash, Heat/Gas, Water, and Parking is included in rent price.
- Pretty affordable for single unit and very spacious for the price.
- Not directly on Lancaster Ave (not as noisy and heavy traffic area is not as much of a concern).
- Acme, Target, and Wawa right across the street (super convenient)
- Only a 12 minute drive to the law school.
- Private membership-only gym on the property owned by the same landlord as the apartment buildings.
- Walking trail entrance right by the complex.
- Other tenets are very friendly (some are even older Villanova law alums!)
- Updated temperature control system that allows each individual unit to control the temperature of the unit.

Cons:
- It is a bit of a walk (15-20 mins) to get to downtown Wayne area... overall, not a super walkable area.
- Not a super lot of storage in the 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom floor plans.
- Sliding door to the balcony area of the units is prone to letting bugs in.

I love living here and am anxious to move anywhere else. The property is well kept, maintenance has come quickly and fixed any issues promptly. The apartment is spacious and quiet.
