Horrible Management

RENTER BEWARE!!!
Under no circumstances, rent in this building. The management is horrible. Staff is a bunch of young kids who don’t know anything about running an apartment building. Calls/requests are never responded to. Phone is never answered. Dogs everywhere along with the poop.
Building manager is the worst. The company does not return rent deposits. Save yourself from a lot of stress!!!!

Miline Apt Review

There is a brewery and restaurant in the apartment. Very pet friendly. A lot of the neighbors are students or careerists. Also 8 min from campus and right across the street from a park for walking and running. Only challenge is located on bird rd but there are back roads you can take to avoid.

Beautiful but..

The apartment is brand new and has all the nice amenities you'd love from a complex. However, the management company is kinda hard to work with.
