Loud and poorly managed

The leasing and management at this property stink. It’s like living in a construction work zone at all times. Literally sounds like a Jack hammer in my apartment most week days.

Decent Modern Apartment

Apartment is modern with high end finishes in Navy Yard. Awesome view of the ball park. Gym and pool are a nice touch. Concierge is very nice. Parking is expensive (with a wait list). It’s a big building so it can be busy but people are generally respectful and mind to themselves.
