The Hancock Building
I love the actual space of my apartment. It's probably one of the largest single bedroom units downtown and has extremely high ceilings making it feel even larger. That being said, it falls on the more expensive end of the spectrum but includes basic utilities (except electricity-runs about $40/month). There is a gym that is nothing special but has all your basic needs for a workout when you don't want to drive anywhere. The building is very safe and has a nice lobby. As far as the management, I have heard mixed reviews from friends in this building and others owned by the same management company, but as far as my experience goes they are piss poor. It takes days to get responses, and I have had to reach out multiple times to get time sensitive problems fixed. But I have friends that would tell you the complete opposite story regarding this, so take that with a grain of salt.
