It is expensive, but you get what you pay for
The staff is always there to help and I have never had a problem with my appartment that was not fixed within 1-3 days. The pool is small, but it's never crowded even in the middle of summer. The best part is the location being right on main street--soda city is a great thing to wake up to and grab breakfast on a Saturday morning. Also, if you have a dog, they have a great fenced in area for your dog to play in!

1101 Palms; Palmetto Unit
I really enjoy living in the 1101 Palms. It is pricey, but you really do get what you pay for. My apartment has marble floors, a massive bathroom, amazing view, responsive maintence, controlled access, ability to let others in via my phone, etc. my two gripes with this property is that I am not given the actual code to my apartment even though there is a code to access it. I thus have to keep and carry my key at all times (if I lose it it’s like a 250$ fee? Maybe 50?). Second is the parking. The parking garage is across the street so it’s close; but on Saturdays theres always a huge line in and out and you have to park on floor 4+ which sucks. Also I have had issues with homeless people in the garage which makes parking there at night sketchy at times. You can pay to park under the building but it comes again; at a price; 400$… which is too much to pay per month. Overall love it though.
