It's a nice place close to campus. It has a common washer dryer in the basement.

Good price for the location
I lived here for three years while studying/working at Vanderbilt. A lot of square footage, hardwood floors and exposed brick walls. It’s a very charming apartment with character. No in unit laundry.
I do think this building needs some updating as we had a mice problem earlier this year (they addressed it) and one of the community dryers needs fixing. Walls are definitely on the thin side as well. You’re not going to get any amenities but given the location and price I’ve been able to overlook some of the issues.
