Would not recommend living here
Although the location of the apartment is optimal for essential needs such as groceries, the living conditions within the residence are terrible. There are no precautions for bug control, the bathrooms are not adequately clean to be considered sanitary, and there are no measures to keep the building warm during cold weather.

No AC and can’t control heater.
It’s nice, kind of old construction with a heater that I can’t control and without AC for summer.

Great
I love the apartment because it is near from School of Law also it is located in the campus area (all utilities include). However, there is a mice (or some) appears several time in the kitchen. It is uncomfortable to live with mice. We did some report to the university staff but it seems that the problem not solve yet.
Additionally, there are some losing report of the items and equipment be bought in the front door. There is no CCTV, hence it seems difficult to know who take those losing items.
