Grant Commons is amazing!

Management is great with any concerns I have (which have not been many, mostly just spraying for bugs). I love the apartment itself because the building is made of bricks and it's not like the new construction in apartment buildings that feels cheap. It comes with a washer and dryer and a dishwasher. Hardwood floors and tile in the bathroom.

Grant Commons

I have lived here for 2 years and I have had a great experience. Management is very responsive to maintenance requests or any concerns I have had. The area feels pretty safe, although I try to avoid walking alone at night. The COTA bus stop is very close so that is very convenient for getting to and from campus when I don't want to walk.

Nice apartment, decent rent. Maintenance responds quickly and we haven't really had any issues.

Great landlord and awesome space

We love our place and the parking is behind the apartment so feels secure. All apartments come with a security system that you can pay extra per year to have be a calling system (calls the police) with remote access.
