River Pointe

For the most part, I have enjoyed my time at the River Pointe apartment so far! I love that it's gated and a dog friendly community, which gives me many furry friends to hang out with. Apartments have modern appliances and their own washer/dryer units which is nice. The clubhouse also has great amenities. The apt is pricey though and doesn't include as many utilities as I would have liked. Additionally, the town itself doesn't have much to do; however, it's close to both campuses and to great towns such as Cherry Hill and Philadelphia.

On the pricier side and further away from school especially during peak hours and with heavier highway traffic (18-25 mins), but the community amenities (especially for a dog owner) are worth it. Unit parking is assigned and guest spots are limited, so keep that in mind - if you have guests, they will likely need to park in the neighborhood outside of the community. The community itself is gated and very safe. Easy access to highway systems, grocery stores, shopping centers, and right across the bridge from Philly. Overall, this has been a great place to come home to and study. It’s quiet and filled with other students and working professionals. Management and maintenance are very prompt and I’ve personally never waited more than 1 business day to get a response or a request addressed. I’d highly recommend!

Located between both campuses, slightly closer to Sewell. Management is helpful and maintenance is great.

This apartment complex is very close to the hwy is very modern and the grounds are kept well.

Very safe community with a front gate and don’t hear outside noise. Excellent location with easy access to major highways. One downside is no parks or food options within close walking distance (<15 minutes).
