Serviceable

Good: Noise isolation, location, only one neighbor in the building, water pressure and heating, hardwood floors

Bad: Rent could always be cheaper, coin-operated laundry, no dishwasher, gas stove, insulation, closet is weird, one instance of leaking, some bugs (flies + crickets appear) in summer & autumn
