Diamond in the Rough
The management company is hands on and cares about their residents. They have resolved each maintenance and community issue that my roommate and I have come across (there are not a lot). The neighbors are friendly, the location is convenient to campus and restaurants, and the community has a lot of amenities to offer residents and their guests, including an in-unit washer and dryer, community gym, and two swimming pools. The only reason why I cannot give a higher score is because the price could be a little lower and the parking areas flood every time it rains due to poor irrigation. Other than that, it is a great community!
