Clean Decent Property

I like the apartment. It's right size for one person or a couple. It includes parking and the building is sufficiently clean and the rent is not too high and it includes parking. Kitchen is slightly smaller and does not have dishwasher. The building has common washer and dryer.

Good deal/location

Tradewinds is really close to the law school (about a 15 minute walk) without being too rowdy. There are very few undergrads in the building as far as I can tell. Our unit is two stories and has a lot of good space and storage. The building is definitely a little tired and rough around the edges (old carpet, cinderblock walls, hallways look a bit like a college dorm...) But, this apartment is one of the cheapest 2 bedrooms that we could find within walking distance of campus and is quite functional. The property management company has been really responsive when we've needed something.
