Would recommend, but heads up re management
I love my place, will be renewing next year. The maintenance man is terrific and it’s a great location and lovely building. The realty company is not great, they’ve tried to pull some shady things before. Despite that, I love my apartment too much to move elsewhere. Unfortunately not an accessible building.

absolutely terrible, very rude and inappropriate with female tenants, yells at you if you have a maintenance request. only has 1 maintenance guy for the whole property and treats him very poorly too. always lies about you missing rent in order to get a late fee from you. felt very unsafe in my apartment both from the management and maintenance.

Good price, Great Location
This is an older apartment building, but many units have been updated with fresh paint and redone hardwood floors. Excellent price for location 1 block from downtown. 15min walk to Ross through campus. Building has individual storage units for bikes in basement as well as laundry on site.
