Cute, extremely affordable downtown apartment with wonderful landlord
My fiance and I have lived in this apartment for all 3 years of our dual degree and it has allowed us to save over thirty thousand dollars compared to our friends elsewhere in Ann Arbor. The landlord is literally the sweetest, most considerate and helpful man (I am not joking). We've made the place our own and it is incredibly convenient to all the downtown / Main st restaurants, the library, bus station, and our Ross friends at 618/theYard/on Hill st.
