Good
Nice small apartment building with good neighbors. Also a really nice quiet neighborhoody street, within 1-3 blocks of downtown, Argus (year-round farmer’s market-like grocery store and coffee shop), and Jefferson market (neighborhood breakfast/lunch restaurant).
Only complaints are shared (but unlimited/not coin) laundry, and pretty weak wall AC - one unit for living room and 2 bedrooms. Also a solid 25-30 min walk from med school without a direct bus. Plan on biking when it’s warm and suffering when it’s cold.
