Great location and reasonable rent!
Pros:
- great location; very close to downtown ~4 minutes walk! ~15 minutes walk to central campus
- very spacious rooms, lots of windows and sunlight
- plenty of closet spaces
- maintenance is prompt
Cons:
- there's a rail track beside the apartment and the trains are very noisy, but you'll get used to it in a few days
- amenities are not modern

It's good for law students!
It's in Old West End which means it tends to be quieter and there are a lot of kids and young families around which is nice. Lots of sidewalks but very close to downtown. It gets loud on Game day and some undergrads live here but for the most part the apartments skew older which means it tends to be quieter and good for studying.
