Beautiful property, many fire alarms in the middle of the night

Since I moved in 4 months ago, there have been at least 5 fire alarms ranging from 10pm-6am, and a couple in the early evening. My understanding is that this has been the case since the building opened. Obviously, this is extremely problematic for those of us with children and animals.

There has never been an actual fire, and in most cases, the alarm was "pulled" as a prank. The communication from the property has been inconsistent, and often contradictory.

If I knew this before signing the lease, I would not have moved in.

The Nines

Very nice space and easy access to the highway and campus. Struggle for them is mostly around being a new building so fixing little details and sorting out property management.
