Mostly good except for the high price

Nice place to live but too noisy in summer
Considering the distance to Questrom, I like it here very much. The living condition here is really good. But the rent is too expensive and games in Fenway Park are too noisy in summer.

Great building!
The Viridian is a nice building located near The Fenway Park. Has gym, rooftop, in unit laundry, parking, concierge, etc. I like the building and the location a lot. There is a Star Market and a Target about two blocks from the building and walking distance from Back Bay. Whenever you need help with something there is people from maintenance that is always willing to help. The only problem you can have, is that in you are on the fenway park side you can listen to the games noises and depending where you apartment is you can get some light from the game, but is something that has not affected us.
