Midtown House

75 N. Auburndale is a great space for groups of roommates. The landlord is receptive to maintenance requests and isn't bothersome. Behind the house is a gated gravel driveway to park cars, which provides peace of mind about my vehicle. The house is located about 7 minutes from campus and about 5 from the Kroger on Union, making the area very accessible. My only issue is that utilities, electric specifically, can get a bit steep.

House in Midtown

Living in a house in Midtown with three other roommates has been a great experience! I have good access to grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, and other businesses in the area. My rent is very reasonable and it's a five minute drive to campus. Our landlord is very responsive, as well. The area isn't as nice as Mud Island, but it's well worth being closer to so many things, in my opinion.
