Pros: Comparatively its economical which includes all necessary things i.e electricity and internet
Well maintained
Cons: Lift (Elevator) is very slow and it wont work sometimes which is very inconvenient
Little far from BU Shuttle stop, which is inconvenient
Housing office is very far and its difficult when we lost the key, so to go to the office and get the keys. Atleast BU should have one office near to Fenway Campus

I have been living in graduate BU student housing since August 2024. My room is like a suite apartment with 2 separate rooms and a shared bathroom. All the utilities are included in the apartment. The room also has study table & chair, microwave, mini fridge.

I love everything in my housing

It’s a BU Dorm with such a basic facility and very cheap price. You’ll get a single-occupants room with shared bathroom, kitchen and in-floor washer & dryer. The building equipped with elevator. BU shuttle (Fenway line) also passes through the building. You can get on/off from Pilgrim Rd. (Simmons College). If you’re lucky, you can get a suite (2-BR with 1 Bathroom) which is more comfortable.

Good price, good location, very strategic.

Very convenient location and amenities wise. Comfortable. Shared bathrooms that can be dirty sometimes, like the shared kitchen. But would make the same choice if I had to. Large windows, and rooms. Large closets. Way too warm in the winter to the point where I sometimes had to use the fan.

I personally enjoy Peabody Hall. It's not in a noisy area and I'm pretty comfortable.
