This apartment

I have lived in a few single houses around town and have similar pros and cons for all of them. The houses are usually a little older so have standard issues with insulation, central air (or lack thereof), and an expected amount of vermin (usually a few roaches). However, this apartment has a few more issues. The doorframe leaks rainwater into the house, there’s currently a small rat problem, and the property manager really hasn’t fixed these issues.
