Comet Greensboro
I really enjoy living here. It feels very safe and secure. Noise issues are minimal. The apartments are beautiful and a perfect amount of space for one person. Amenities are great - the pool is beautiful and open year-round. And the management and maintenance staff are top notch.

It is a great apartment complex. Staff is great and helpful. Walls are a little thin but its pretty quiet. No parking problems. 15 minute drive to downtown. Right next to target and other shopping/eating places.

Everyone in the office is great. I have now lived at Comet for oveer a year now, and I love it. It feels very safe and secure, which was my biggest priority. Additionally, although there is noise from time to time, in general, it is peaceful, and when there are issues, they are dealt with quickly. I absolutely love the pool and all of the other amenities - gym, package room, etc. I haven't had any issues at all.
Lastly, I want to shout out the maintenance staff. I had some issues with my apartment shortly after moving in (not Comet's fault - it was due to a power outage that short-circuited some stuff in my apartment) and they were amazing. They got everything fixed as quickly as possible and kept me posted on the progress, which was super helpful. They're great!

Quiet, peaceful community
I love living at Comet. It is definitely pricier than other options in Greensboro, but it is worth it to me to have a place that is beautiful, comfortable, and safe. The amenities are great with a beautiful pool, a gym, and resident events. The maintenance staff are truly wonderful. I would never usually choose to live on the first floor, but here, I felt safe doing so.
