Good overall
I live in the basement of my house, which is an older build. For what I get in the city of Denver I do not think it is worth the rent I pay but is good overall for what I need as a student.

Love my home and neighborhood
My roommate and I live in a 2200sq ft. home located in University Hills, about 3 miles from school. This home has a 2 car garage, large yard, living room, finished basement, utility room, 3 bedrooms, and 2 baths. It is a really nice home, and the neighborhood is great. It is accessible to everywhere really early, and that is really nice. Love the atmosphere. The landlord is great, and we enjoy the fact that all of our bills are included in our rent. We also have a sunroom, and the home is newly renovated.
