Ugly on the outside, nice on the inside
I've lived in the Grace Ave apartment for about a year and a half and I love it. The location is great- I'm close to Hyde Park square, Mt. Lookout and Oakley, as well as Rookwood. I'm in a very safe residential neighborhood. It's quiet and parking is always easy. My apartment is spacious and has tons of windows. I have lots of closet space in my room, and a bonus office that I use for added storage. We also have a shared basement with laundry. The only drawback is the temperature control--it gets hot in the summer and there are limited window units. With all the windows it can be a little chilly in winter but I honestly don't mind. The bathroom is quite small but the bedroom is huge, so things even out. Management is very kind and responsive.
