Good enough!

My landlord is really laid back & fairly easy to just find around the building. He's not great at emails but we haven't had any issues for him to fix in the 2 years we've lived here so that's fantastic. There's a parking spot for each bedroom & tons of street parking for guests. No dogs allowed but no pet rent or deposit for cats (up to 2 of them). The building was built in the 1960's & you can tell (older hardwood floors, thin window panes, etc) but everything works just fine & it's well worth the price & location. There's coin laundry & a small pool in the summer.

Fine apartment, neighbors are nice and nothing is too noisy! Not the fanciest place to live but not bad, close to campus and downtown w/o traffic.
