I recommend it
All in all, I would recommend it. The walls are definitely a bit thin, though. I can hear my upstairs neighbors even though they aren't even being loud. It's just them normally existing but the walls are so thin that I can hear it. I cannot hear my neighbor on the side, though.
Not far drive from downtown but the immediate area doesn't have a lot of stuff to do.
15-20 minute drive to radiology building depending on the traffic (on the street, no freeway)
