Perfect Blend of Comfort, Location, and Convenience
I’ve had a great experience living here. The apartment is very modern, well-maintained, and extremely comfortable. The central air is a huge plus and makes a noticeable difference year-round.
The location is also very convenient. It’s about a 25-minute walk to UPenn, only a 10-minute train ride to Center City, and roughly a 10-minute drive to Amtrak, which makes longer-distance travel very easy. Daily errands are simple too — there’s an Aldi about a 10-minute walk away and Supremo Supermarket just 5 minutes from the apartment.
Overall, it’s a great place to live in a safe and pleasant neighborhood. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located apartment.I’ve had a great experience living here.
