Good, some construction noise

Good location, nice building.
It is only a 15 minute walk from HSB, which is very nice. The building and actual apartment are great. The location is good but not great, but that is most of Philly. It is right on the verge of the “unsafe” area, but I am girl and just do not go outside alone.

Good place to live
This place is pretty nice. It's brand new and very clean. The rooms are nice and the location is ideal. The only negative thing is that it is slightly expensive. However, its quality is better than surrounding apartments
